Rachel Talitman has released Anthony Girard Music for Harp, featuring works by the French composer. Included is the debut recording of Girard’s double concerto for violin, harp and orchestra Voyage au gre des illusions (A Journey through illusions), which is dedicated to Talitman and performed with violinist Alexei Moshkov. Also included are La Colombe et le Lys (The Dove and the Lily) for harp and string quartet; Entre le souffle et le murmure (Between breath and whisper) for flute, viola and harp, and Higher than the Birds for flute and harp.
