    Hi everyone,
I am a senior in high school, looking at colleges and i’m super stressed out by trying to find harp teachers! I live in Massachusetts, been playing harp for about 5 years, and I have a great teacher. However I do NOT want to major in music but minor in it. I also do NOT want a extremely competitive school or competitive in music for that matter (example: Julliard). So I have a couple of questions:
    – Is it bad if I end up not receiving credit in harp if I continue to take lessons with my teacher in a nearby university?
    – Do you know of any schools with good teachers? ( Salzedo)

Elle, if you are not majoring in music in the college you plan to attend, then try to decide

Thank you! Holy Cross looks like a great school but it is a bit of a reach for me.

You have lots of options, I should think, including Williams College. Do you have a preferred area in which you want your college to be located?
