I have been playing a Lyon and Healy Troubadour harp for 2 years. I love to practice and I practice at least 1 1/2 hours a day, but when I try to practice more than that, my fingers start to get sore/and a little numb. How do I deal with this?

Do you play for 1 1/2 hours all in one shot or do you break it up during the day? That’s what I would try first is taking some breaks while you play.
