The minute I started playing.

Faure Impromptu; I never tire of it, there are so many beautiful and harpistic things to do in it, audiences love it, and it is always in my fingers!

Social worker, because I like people and can’t help giving advice!

Used to be steak, but now I’d say fruit of any kind and deep green vegetables (I’ll still take a steak to go with them!)

Fingers to the palms and thumbs up!

7 What was your first harp?
A Clark Irish harp.

8 Name something you’ve never done in your career that’s on your bucket list:
Played a concert in my 80th, 90th or 100th year.

9 What’s the career accomplishment that you’re most proud of?
The wonderful Canadian pieces that have been written for me.

10 What’s the best advice you can give an aspiring harpist?
Focused practice, singing your phrases, counting your beats, awareness of what your body is telling you, and listening to yourself.
