Reinecke Concerto

Has anyone out there played the Reinecke Harp Concerto?  I can find only one recording.  I have the Hurst Publication distributed by Vanderbilt and the string quartet reduction by Murray Boren and the piano reduction.  Where can I find the orchestra parts?
Any opinions?  The first movement is long...about 12 minutes.  It seems like there is a lot of brass.

There is a Lyra edition as well. Zabaleta did a pretty nice recording of it. As it is public domain by now, I'm pretty sure, in any case, you may be able to find the parts in a music library. It is definitely German romanticism. Reinecke is a good composer.
