The Midwest Harp Festival in Wheaton, Ill., has announced the presenters for its 25th annual event. The festival will take place June 9–15; the registration deadline is May 1. Registered attendees have the opportunity to participate in ensemble rehearsals and the closing ensemble concert, workshops, and a solo competition. Dining and housing options are available. An independent study track which includes five lessons with Elizabeth Richter is also available. All concerts are free to the public.

Workshop topics include harp maintenance with Jennifer Ruggieri, pedal and lever skills with Faye Seeman, career paths as a professional harpist with the Chicago Harp Quartet, workshops with Charles W. Lynch III and Maurice Draughn, and more. A harp technician will also be available to regulate attendees’ harps for an additional fee.
