Warner Classics has just released Lily Laskine—The Complete Erato and HMV Recordings, a 14-CD set that spans the 23-year recording career of the famous French harp virtuoso. The collection includes Laskine’s first recording—of Mozart’s Concerto for Flute and Harp, made in 1958 with flutist Jean-Pierre Rampal—as well as her stereo remake of the Mozart in 1963, also with Rampal. The giant compilation includes Laskine’s recordings of concertos, chamber works, and solos by Mozart, Vivaldi, Handel, Rossini, Saint-Saëns, Fauré, Debussy, Roussel,  Ibert, Bochsa, Boïeldieu, Büsser, Caplet, Damase, D’Almivare, Duvernoy, Garat, Gossec, Jadin, Jolivet, Krumpholz, Nadermann, Pierné, and Reinecke.
